Taming the Human

I love animals and enjoy what I perceive as their mystical quality. Maybe it's because of the human act of mythologizing them and giving them the characteristics of our dreams and aspirations in a creative hybrid of human and beast.
I recently read a book about a woman who is an expert horse trainer who never uses force or pain. She went into great detail. I was not fully aware of just how sensitive horses are, but I had an inkling. I love horses. I feel we are honored to be loved by them.
